The Owner’s Perspective

I’d done it again. Overestimated the motivations of my canine counterpart: Bruce. Thought we were on the same page, believed with all my heart that he understood the perils of the ordeal that awaited us. “It’s just a bath, Bruce,” I reassured him while filling up the tub. “Something you desperately need after your unauthorized adventure in the muddy park,” I added to drive the point home.
